Using Personal Funds? Read This First.

Grassroots organizing often means rolling up your sleeves and buying supplies. Under Texas law, these purchases count as "in-kind contributions."

While we value every bit of support, we are required to strictly track contributions to comply with state reporting limits. If you purchase materials on behalf of the party, please:

Keep your receipts.
If your total purchases exceed $110 (during the reporting period of January thru June or July thru December), you must email copies of your receipts to gpac@texasforwardparty.org.

Note: Personal travel, food, and lodging expenses while volunteering are generally exempt from this requirement.
