WE ARE THE FORWARD PARTY OF TEXAS
The Forward Party of Texas began in July of 2022.
Welcome. I can probably guess why you’re here — it’s likely for the same reason I found my way to Forward. Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with thousands of Texans who share the same frustrations you and I do: a political system that feels divisive, dysfunctional, and offers far too few real choices. Like you, they’re ready for a change, and that’s exactly why we’re building this movement.
Our mission is clear: to unite Texans from across the political spectrum and create a government that truly represents and serves the people. We know this is no small task. Real change demands collective action and the dedication of countless individuals — especially here in Texas, where the entrenched political establishment has constructed enormous barriers to stifle competition and maintain control over elections.
The Texas Forward Party is committed to breaking down these barriers and building a more democratic, effective, and accountable political system. We welcome everyone, regardless of your political background, to join us in this effort. Together, we can move beyond the old, broken ways of doing things and forge a new path that prioritizes Texans over party politics.

Our goal is to balance out the Texas legislature so no one party is in control. Elected representatives from the Texas Forward Party will work along side the legislators from other parties to find common ground, solve problems and pass needed legislation to ensure all Texans can thrive.
We have Texans with field experience working on policy perspectives that can solve problems that Texans really care about right now; rather than the issues that cater to the desires of big money donors. We bring a wide variety of political viewpoints to the table and work together to find perspectives that help support candidates represent the communities - that they represent! These policies remain flexible to better represent the will of the people. Prospective candidates take our candidate pledge to liver our core values, to represent all of the Texans they will serve and to work across party lines to find common ground.

Forward offers an inclusive environment that gives a voice to the people to bring real change and civility to our politics. We say no to the political extremes. Forward welcomes diverse opinions and encourages solutions through civil discourse, whether you lean right, lean left or are in the center. If you feel politically homeless, you’ll find a home in the Texas Forward Party.
