Texas Forward Party Announces Retired Project Manager Vicky Weller as Williamson County Chair

The Texas Forward Party is proud to announce the official election of retired project manager Vicky Weller as the Williamson County Chair.
Round Rock, Texas – The Texas Forward Party is proud to announce the official election of retired project manager Vicky Weller as the Williamson County Chair. Elected during the County’s Organizing Precinct Convention on March 11th, Weller steps into this crucial leadership role ready to champion practical problem-solving, respectful collaboration, and community-centered representation. She served a short time as the appointed chair prior to her election.
Weller brings a wealth of organizational expertise to the Forward Party, having retired in 2024 after a successful career in project management and software implementation. A resident of Williamson County for 11 years, she has an enduring commitment to her community. Over the years, Weller has dedicated her time to numerous volunteer roles, including disaster relief efforts, children’s hospital visitation, and English as a Second Language (ESL) class support.
"Williamson County has been my home for more than a decade, and I care deeply about every neighbor who calls this place their home," said Weller. "Forward Party values: respect, problem-solving, and working together; can reshape how politics and government operate and improve daily life for all of us."
Weller’s proven track record of turning ideas into action makes her uniquely positioned to build local infrastructure for the party. When asked what drew her to step up as a local leader, she pointed to a desire to elevate the standard of governmental leadership and provide additional choices for voters.
"I want to vote for candidates that value personal integrity, respect for others, and problem-solving," Weller explained. "I want to see democracy strengthened and for our representatives to reflect the voice of the people. Forward embodies this and more, and I wanted to be part of this movement to help grow this into more of a reality where I live."
Looking ahead, Weller’s primary objectives for the year include rapidly growing the volunteer base in Williamson County and identifying qualified, common-sense candidates to support for local office in the coming election cycles.
